You can set the stackable paper tray on a separate table from you work space. With all the different colors and themes this makes it easy to see exactly what you have and allows you easy access to them.

For all the other small supplies that are always getting lost under your work, a pen caddy is perfect for the job. You can have your pens, glue sticks, scissors and other often used supplies sitting at the back of your workspace. If you need something, take it for a quick spin.
